  6. Purpose:  This PPE file when installed, will enable you to display a
  7.           text file before a user begins a download. In this text
  8.           file you could display the available bytes, byte ratio, etc.
  9.  
  10.           The PPE file looks for a file called D-TXT to exist in the same
  11.           directory that the PPE file is stored in.  As with other
  12.           display files, you can make security, language, or graphic
  13.           specific versions of this file.

  15.           You can edit the D-TXT files and use the PCB @macros to
  16.           suit your needs. Three examples are in included, one of
  17.           them in dutch (.NL) and one for level 30 (D-TXT30)

  19. Install:  To install this PPE on your system, you should do the following:

  21.              1.  Load PCBSetup
  22.              2.  Select File Locations
  23.              3.  Select Configuration Files
  24.              4.  Cursor down to the "Default CMD.LST File" field.
  25.              5.  Press F2 to edit.
  26.              6.  Make an entry that resembles the following:
